As a fan of Hart of Dixie, I was a little worried based on some of the reviews. Turns out, they were unfounded. The only similarities are that it happens to be set in a small town, the protagonist moves there to start afresh, and the doctor is played by the same actor. It’s a completely different story, it’s dramatic and darker. I’m glad I gave it a chance. You should too!.
