This documentary follows the lives of a group of young Egyptian girls from a very conservative small village in Upper Egypt who, despite family rejection, form an all-female acting group. It’s an amazing film, I really felt like I saw it, I liked it, I was emotionally touched and most of all. over time I felt like I was there in a way, it’s so touching! I feel their struggles, their fears and their dreams, how hard it is for them to even dream about it, how brave they are to follow their dream and it’s too hard for them in their conservative and limited community… I LOVE IT so much. ! The singer’s voice brought tears to my eyes when I listened to it. The characters are so true, so authentic that I feel like I could easily meet them anywhere, I watched it once, but I’ll go to the cinema and watch it again. I really want to watch some more of them.
