Great product! Dreadful customer support.

This product is great. I have possessed several set of shokz headphones. This might be my very first time to order truly from team and you can it can almost certainly getting my last. The consumer solution are awful. Half the amount of time the quantity tells you it is outside team hours throughout their detailed business hours. They claim refunds and do not submit.
